Welcome to DCEF’s website and blog!

You know DCEF’s mission is to build the sailing community at Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club. DCYC has been sustaining sailing on Lake Lewisville since 1956. Members of DCYC established DCEF as a separate entity in the 1980s to support sailing education and safety. Since then, DCEF has helped purchase a large number of boats to train youth, including Optis and RS Teras.

DCEF has supported in-classroom and on-the-water sailing education at DCYC for hundreds of youth and adults. Today, we are upping the ante; to continue our mission of fostering a vibrant sailing community at DCYC, DCEF is raising funds to increase our financial support of DCYC’s great sailing education program.
